Returns and Refunds Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Consumer Code, and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without having to provide any reason.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must:

  • Send an email to info@progresfil.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Include your order number and the products you wish to return.
  • Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.

Unauthorized returns or returns sent without prior notice will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be:

  • Unused and undamaged.
  • Complete with all parts and accessories.
  • In their original packaging.
  • In a condition suitable for resale.

Return Costs

The shipping costs for returning the goods are the customer’s responsibility, except in the following cases:

  • The product is defective.
  • The shipment error is attributable to the seller.

Refund

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase.

The refund includes:

  • The cost of the returned products.
  • The original shipping costs, limited to the standard delivery rate.

Return shipping costs are not refundable, except in the cases indicated above.

Defective or Damaged Products

In the event that products are defective or damaged during transport, customers must:

  • Report the problem within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
  • Send an email to info@progresfil.com, attaching photos of the product and its packaging.

In these cases, the seller will cover the return shipping costs, and the customer may choose between a replacement and a full refund.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made products.
  • Sealed products that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene, if they have been unsealed.
  • Perishable products.
